Well, now you just sit back and wait for your order to arrive in the mail. Give us 1-2 days for your order to process and ship (not including weekends). Once your order is packaged and shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. What’s with calling us dummy though?

Not all pre-orders arrive by street date. The disclaimer on our site states that we ship to arrive “on or around street date.” It’s incredibly difficult to guarantee the arrival of an item once it's in transit. There’s a lot that can happen that can delay a package that we have no control over. We try our best to ship things with plenty of lead time but depending on the destination of the item or how many orders we’ve got on deck, some delays occur. Patience, grasshopper.
Well, let us explain this a little further. Vinyl sleeves and jackets get roughed up during transit. We try our best to package every order accordingly but once it’s in transit, we can’t control the sweet caress of the US Postal Service (or UPS).The longer an item is in transit, the more likely it is to get some dinged up corners. International customers can expect similar results. Our suggestion is to select Priority Mail but we know Media Mail is the most appealing shipping option. Our vinyl is usually already sealed and shipped as so but we can make an exception at the request of a customer to take it out of the sleeve. That’s what the “Notes” section of your order is for. Now, if your vinyl is warped/scratched from the get go – please email us at orders@sideonedummy and we’ll get a replacement out to you ASAP.

That is an old download card and that link is no longer active. Email email@example.com with the artist/album name and we'll send you a download link.
Yes, ALL orders except for First Class International come with tracking. All tracking info is emailed to customers once their order is packaged and shipped.
Yes. All orders get a SideOneDummy sticker and any additional free promotional stuff we have on hand. Free stickers in orders are the best. We’ve been there. We’ve ordered back in the days. We like to keep that tradition strong.
International shipping is really expensive these days. It’s not our fault. It’s not any label's fault. USPS has spiked up their prices and there’s really no other way around it. What you pay for international shipping (minus a tiny shipping & handling fee) is what it actually cost to ship to whatever country you live in. We make no profit whatsoever on shipping. We love our international customers and appreciate you taking the hit to buy our records.

Any items added to your preorder will ship when the preorder is available to ship. If there's something you'd like to receive prior to when your preorder is scheduled to ship, please order separately. An order only charges shipping cost once so we can't split shipping charges for preorder items and non-preorder items. If something is REALLY urgent and you don't mind paying extra shipping, you can always email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make those arrangements.
Here are several things to know about the promo code you're using: 1. First check that it's applied correctly leaving no spaces before or after the promo code. 2. Second, maybe refresh the page or try a different browser. If you entered it incorrectly the first time, it may just need a refresh. 3. Is the promo code still valid? Check with us at email@example.com to check if the promo code you're using is still valid. 4. Promo codes do not apply to pre-orders and items already placed on sale.
