Fake Problems bassist Derek Perry is a renaissance man of sorts. He is an accomplished musician, film maker (ask him for a copy of his latest visual venture “The Mystery of the Skunk Ape” at a Fake Problems show, it’s a thriller), gamer (one time ranked #1 in the world at Wii Golf) and now literary critic. He recently sat down to talk about John Fante’s “Ask The Dusk” for MTV’s Music Book Club.
