Last week we did a little Autumn cleaning and went through a few boxes of test pressings. Collectively, we decided that it’d be way better that fans have them than them sitting in boxes in our office. With that being said, the test pressings for the albums listed below are up for auction on our eBay!

There’s more though. ALL of the proceeds from the Big D and the Kids Table Fluent In Stroll auction are going to Dave McWane to help cover the cost of his medical bills associated with his fight against throat cancer. Also, a portion of the proceeds from all the other auctions will be going to Dave as well.

This past Thursday at Slim’s in San Francisco, Rock to  Roll 2oo9 was in full effect.  NOFX, Wax, Dead to Me and Nathen Maxwell and the Original Bunny Gang played blistering sets to a frenzied crowd, and when the dust had settled we were able to collectively raise $22,000+ for UCP-Wheels for Humanity. But the giving hasn’t stopped there! Several of our friends in bands have donated some amazing autographed and rare memorabilia that we are auctioning off to raise even MORE money to help give disabled/underprivileged kids the gift of mobility.

Gogol Bordello’s latest release “Live from Axis Mundi” is being pressed on a Gatefold Double LP! The release is being cut on classic black vinyl and ONLY 500 records are being made. The LP is the audio portion of the Live CD/DVD  which was released on October 6th. The vinyl features the bands live BBC Sessions (the LP includes a digital download card of
the MP3’s), unreleased tracks, demo’s and instruments. The LP also will come with the DVD portion of “Live from Axis Mundi” inserted into the packaging. The DVD is a 2 ½ hour epic gypsy experience that includes a full live concert from NYC  bonus tracks, documentaries, music videos and much more. You can pre-order the LP HERE!
